Western Reserve Masonic Community offers several different independent living options, including garden villa homes as well as one-, and two-bedroom apartments.
Garden Villa Homes
Our independent living garden villa homes are designed for those who want to maintain their active independence and enjoy spending time outside relaxing or tending to your own little garden.
Our garden villa homes range in size from 1100 sq. ft to 1699 sq. ft. All of them have full basements, at least 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with both a walk-in shower and separate bath tub. They also all have attached garages.

Apartments
Our independent living apartments are designed for those who want to maintain their active independence while at the same time provide relief from housekeeping and heavy cooking if desired.
We offer 6 different sizes with floor plans ranging from 650 sq. foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartments to 1100 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartments, featuring:
- Daily evening meal in our restaurant-style dining room
- Housekeeping services every other week
- All appliances, including washer and dryer
- Both a walk-in shower and a separate bath tub
- Individually controlled heating and air conditioning in each room of apartment
- Designated storage unit
- Designated parking space
- Generator outlet in each room of apartment
- Emergency call response system
